Dr. Houts founded Wraparound House Calls after over ten years of doing home visits in Baltimore City, Maryland; Chicago, Illinois; and Minneapolis, Minnesota. A graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Medicine, she completed her internship and internal medicine residency at Johns Hopkins Bayview. She went on to a two-year clinical and research fellowship in Geriatrics at the University of Chicago, where her research focused on the development of a home-based palliative care program for seniors living on the South Side of Chicago. Dr. Houts is board-certified in Geriatrics and Internal Medicine.

Ms. Lee is a registered nurse, board certified in Geriatrics and Ambulatory Nursing, as well as a Geriatrics Care Manager. Her entire career has focused on Geriatrics, and 2018 marked her fortieth year in nursing.
